Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the project safety program to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Provide technical assistance by interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist the project team with daily and weekly activities, including reports, safety walks, and schedule updates.
• Develop an understanding of the overall project schedule and critical path analysis.
• Review short-term planning to ensure milestones are met.
• Participate in quality assurance through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support timelines and safety.
• Maintain project documentation like daily logs, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory for progress.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions that could impact schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use construction management software to track and update project information.
