Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with willingness to learn CM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Interpret contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist with daily/weekly activities, including reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and schedule updates.
• Develop an understanding of the overall project schedule and critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication and records.
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory for progress.
• Participate in project team meetings and share updates and solutions.
• Observe site conditions that could impact schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize CM software and tools to track and update project information.
