Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business management, operations management, construction management, or a related field.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in office and outdoor environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations and branch activities.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and regular feedback for professional development.
• Contribute to meaningful projects and collaborate with interns and professionals.
