Ruppert Landscape offers a 10-12‑week paid Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to provide hands‑on field training and exposure to branch operations. You’ll shadow teams across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership while receiving dedicated mentorship and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team‑oriented, customer‑focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in the use of computers and common software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Field Training: Gain hands‑on experience in multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing: Observe and engage with teams involved in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship: Guidance, feedback, and professional development support throughout the internship.
