Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support site supervision and project teams in White Plains, NY. The role includes safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and site documentation to gain hands-on field coordination experience.

You will assist supers and PMs with daily activities, develop CPM awareness, and contribute to QA and scheduling efforts in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with aptitude for learning CM software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and technical documents.
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of the project safety program to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Provide technical assistance by interpreting contract drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Assist the assistant superintendent, superintendent, and project manager with daily and weekly activities, including preparing daily reports and updating project schedules.
• Develop an understanding of the overall project schedule, including critical path analysis.
• Review and contribute to the short-term planning process to meet project milestones.
