• Must be able to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight of employee should not exceed approximately 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conduct field training/retraining and instruct crew on new Job units.
• Promotes and upholds safety culture and OSHA-compliant practices.
• Conducts safety training per company policies.
• Communicates with property owners about access, power interruptions, and work.
• Obtains permissions to perform required work.
• Maintains reports on crew performance, timesheets, and orders.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Furnishes reports of orders completed and incidents as required.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments when blocking streets.
