Job summary

IK Systems is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to field operations in Victor, NY. The role reports to the EVP of Operations and coordinates technician scheduling, travel, and fleet management while ensuring compliance and efficiency across project and service demands.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, managing travel logistics, administering the vehicle fleet, and supporting leadership with compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years supporting field operations, logistics, or multiple department leaders.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 required within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and sequences technicians against project schedules and dispatch.
• Arrange and adjust field and corporate travel (airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, ground transportation).
• Evaluate travel options based on total cost, including fare, lodging, and labor time.
• Reconcile travel charges with Finance and report spend against budgets.
• Support Operations leadership with meeting coordination and document preparation.
• Communicate project awards, crew assignments, and updates to the field.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics with HR Operations Coordinator.
• Manage company fleet, preventive maintenance, and vehicle records.
