Job summary

Intex Electric seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to support field projects and operations documentation control. You will manage temporary staff in Exaktime, verify their timesheets, update pay rates, and prepare weekly payroll-related reports.

You’ll coordinate with Rivet and Bluebeam to ensure up-to-date drawings and proper document control for field teams. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and proficiency with Excel, Exaktime, and Rivet.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Own reliable transportation is required.
• Be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Proficient with business software; MS Excel with formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field projects and operations documentation control.
• Manage temporary employees in Exaktime; verify weekly timesheets and process invoices.
• Update pay rates and holiday/vacation pay for temporaries.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and report findings.
• Update weekly spreadsheets and email managers via Rivet for multiple departments.
• Enter approved PTO in Exaktime for temporary staff.
• Notify managers about new hires/terminations for job sites via Rivet.
• Generate weekly Rivet reports/charts as requested.
• Assist in preparing documents for trainings and monthly meetings.
