Job summary

Service Professionals is seeking a Field Operations Dispatcher for residential services in Union, NJ. You will coordinate technicians, balance urgency and skills, and ensure accurate notes and smooth dispatch across plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical jobs.

You will work with a growing network of technicians, monitor real-time schedules, and maintain positive, clear communication with customers and technicians to uphold a high-performance service standard.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a dispatcher or scheduling coordination role.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Relationship-building skills that put people at ease.
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Bonus: experience with ServiceTitan and/or familiarity with the home services industry.

Responsibilities

• Assign and route technicians to customer appointments, balancing urgency, skills, and geography.
• Ensure every work order has accurate notes and documentation before dispatch and after completion.
• Partner closely with customer support representatives to deliver an exceptional, seamless experience—every time.
