Job summary

Service Professionals is seeking a Dispatcher in Union, NJ to coordinate residential service calls across plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical teams. You will assign and route technicians, balance urgency, skills, and geography, and keep customers and technicians informed throughout the day.

In this full-time role, you’ll work with a growing network of 150+ technicians, emphasize accurate notes, real-time schedule monitoring, and strong customer service.

• 1–2+ years in a dispatcher or scheduling coordination role.
• Meticulous organization and attention to detail.
• Relationship-building skills that put people at ease.
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities without losing focus.

Location: Union, NJ | Schedule: Full-time

A customer with no heat needs urgent help, while another awaits an electrical safety check. You match skill sets to jobs, optimize routes, and keep customers and technicians informed—all while setting the tone for a smooth, high-performing day.

At Service Professionals, we are scaling toward a network of 150+ technicians, and this role is the heartbeat of that growth. As our Dispatcher, you’ll operate the mission‑control hub that keeps plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical jobs moving efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do
