Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the Site Superintendent and Field Team on projects in Washington.

The role handles onboarding, payroll, resource tracking, dispatch coordination, and IT support, requiring strong organization and ability to learn new software quickly. Candidates should have a High School diploma, at least three years construction experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience required in similar role with construction experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Onboard union workforce and ensure I-9 compliance and site orientation.
• Process weekly timecards and payroll reports; ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Track attendance and dispatch on Procore Workforce Management; manage PARs and staff updates.
• Submit daily reports; provide basic IT support and office logistics (supplies, catering, safety training records).
