Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the Site Superintendent and Field Team on projects in Ontario, CA. The role features onboarding of union workforce, payroll processing, and managing resource tracking and dispatch coordination on a fast-paced construction site.

The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Outlook), experience with I-9 compliance, payroll management, and daily field reporting. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in construction field is preferred.
• 3 years in a similar role with construction experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Onboard union workforce and manage site orientation and badging.
• Enter and submit timecards weekly; provide payroll reports and distribute paychecks.
• Track attendance and field resources using Procore Workforce Management; conduct daily roll calls.
• Consolidate and submit daily reports; provide basic IT support and manage IT requests.
