Job summary

Danos, LLC is seeking a Field Dispatcher to support field operations by coordinating truck call-outs and dispatching resources as needed. You will communicate with drivers and field personnel, track active jobs, and ensure accurate information in company systems.

The role requires strong computer skills, prior dispatching experience, and the ability to work effectively with drivers and field teams. This is an on-site position in Carlsbad, NM with background and drug screening prerequisites.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous dispatching experience required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Ability to work effectively with drivers and field personnel.
• Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background and drug test (hair follicle).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks based on field and operational needs.
• Receive and respond to truck call-out requests.
• Communicate with drivers and field personnel regarding assignments, locations, and job status.
• Close out completed tickets and jobs in the system.
• Monitor truck availability and assist with scheduling as needs change.
• Resolve routine dispatching and scheduling issues as they arise.
