Job summary

Rex Moore invites an experienced Director of Field Operations to lead our nationwide field teams. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high safety and quality standards.

You will supervise Superintendents, forecast manpower needs, and coordinate with HR to resolve personnel issues. With a strong leadership background, you will shape field operations, drive efficiency, and mentor staff across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years work experience in electrical and/or solar construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• BS degree in engineering or other technical discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• CA PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within labor budgets.
• Directly supervise all Superintendents to ensure adherence to field procedures and performance standards.
• Forecast manpower requirements and allocate labor resources across projects.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to document and resolve field personnel issues.
