Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an experienced Field Operations / Demo Manager in Arlington, VA. Hybrid work model with off-site and telework options; active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities include directing field operations, executing complex technical tasks, and coordinating demonstrations of S&T programs for Navy/Marine Corps stakeholders. Masters degree and 10+ years of DoD program management experience are required.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Masters of Science degree from an accredited university.
Ten (10) years of operational DoD experience.
Ten (10) years of experience managing DoD programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes complex technical tasks applying analytical problem-solving methodologies.
Provides technical direction to support staff and effectively allocate resources.
Supports the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs.
Reports at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences.
Coordinates across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.
