Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Field Operations / Demo Manager in Arlington, VA. The role manages field operations and technology demonstrations for ONR Code 32 S&T programs, and interfaces with Government and prime contractor personnel.

The position requires a Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a Master of Science degree, with a decade of DoD program management, field testing, and data analysis experience. A hybrid work arrangement is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Master of Science degree from an accredited university.
• Ten (10) years of operational DoD experience.
• Ten (10) years of experience managing DoD programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis.
