Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Test Director for Arlington, VA, with hybrid work options (off-site with telework authorized) and a SECRET clearance. You will lead testing activities for ONR Code 32, directing field tests, data analysis, and program demonstrations across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.

You will report to executives on relevant technologies, coordinate across services, ensure DoD program goals are met, and verify security and citizenship requirements for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Five (5) years of experience with DoD R&D programs, field testing and evaluation, and data analysis.
• Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Directs testing for ONR Code 32 research and development programs, including field testing and evaluation and data analysis.
• Supports the integration, demonstration, and transition of S&T programs across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.
• Report at short notice on relevant program technologies and capabilities for executive audiences.
• Coordinate across Navy and Marine Corps warfare areas.
