Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead a team of analysts delivering demand visibility, forecast rigor, and pipeline health across the field organization. The role partners with Sales, Finance and Revenue Operations to provide actionable, data-driven insights for leadership decisions.

You will drive data quality, governance, and AI-assisted reporting using CRM platforms and dashboards, ensuring accurate intelligence for business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Sales Strategy, Planning, Finance, or related areas.
• Experience leading individual contributors and driving multi-priority execution.
• Knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasts, and analytics.
• Experience using CRM and analytics platforms like Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Operations analysts with accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Ensure consistent forecast, pipeline, demand planning, and governance across the field org.
• Oversee customer demand outlooks, pipeline assessments, and field intelligence for decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, units, and Revenue Operations to communicate risks and insights.
• Drive data quality, pipeline hygiene, and analytics using CRM, dashboards, and AI-assisted insights.
