This role partners with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver fact-based insights and governance across the field organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Sales Strategy, Planning, Finance, Operations, or a related function.
• Experience leading, coaching, or managing individual contributors and driving execution across multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, forecasting methodologies, and business performance analytics.
• Experience using CRM and analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, SAP, Power BI, and Artificial Intelligence Tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Operations analysts while driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent execution of forecast, pipeline, demand planning, and governance processes across the supported field organization.
• Oversee the development and validation of customer demand outlooks, pipeline assessments, and field intelligence to support business decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Business Units, and Revenue Operations leaders to communicate risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Drive data quality, pipeline hygiene, and analytical rigor through effective use of CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-assisted insights.
