Job summary

WZC Networking in Novi, MI is seeking a Project Coordinator to be the hub of field operations. You’ll schedule technicians, move service tickets, and keep clients informed, with a direct impact on daily results.

This growth role welcomes learners from any background; dependability and attention to detail matter most. On-site work on expanding DAS, ERCES, and telecom projects with a clear path into project management.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, administrative support, customer service, or project coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable juggling several moving pieces at once and reprioritizing when the day changes.
Solid computer skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site in Novi, MI.

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch field technicians across active project and service locations.
Respond promptly to incoming service tickets and keep clients updated through resolution.
Coordinate site visits, building access, and scheduling windows directly with clients and property contacts.
Work alongside project managers and the field team to make sure every job site is properly staffed.
Track technician availability and daily assignments.
Maintain accurate records of project and service activity in our systems.
Escalate schedule conflicts, access issues, and material shortfalls before they become delays.
