Job summary

Mann Wireless LTD is a trusted leader in in-building wireless and public safety radio signal enhancement solutions. We seek a Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Northeast field operations, owning tracking, permitting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction, telecommunications, or wireless infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word) and project management or job-costing tools.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with valid driver’s license for on-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and permit/licensing processes; onboard vendors/subcontractors.
• Own project purchasing and job costing with rigorous data accuracy and budgets.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and scopes for small-to-mid-size assignments; support PMs on larger rollouts.
• Assemble closeout packages, survey reports, and technical documentation for field teams.
• Mentor junior coordinators and represent Mann Wireless at industry events.
