Qualifications

• 5+ years working knowledge of PC applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Power Point, Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including familiarity with pivot tables and formulas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service support activities with other supervisory personnel.
• Implement corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate lodging needs for field service staff.
• Train employees on administrative job duties and company policies.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes.
• Manage vendor accounts and accounts payable tasks.
• Conduct periodic inventories of assets.
