VIP Petcare is seeking an Assistant Field Operations Manager to oversee the field office and clinics in the New York area. The role leads operational excellence and ensures procedures align with company standards, reporting to the VIP Petcare team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in operations, HR basics, and field coordination. Travel to clinics and partners will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Post secondary degree in business administration, management, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field office operations, admin, facilities, and inventory.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining and evaluating staff at a specific location.
• Manage office and clinics as directed.
• Establish, build and maintain relationships with host location staff and animal outreach groups.
• Communicate with Field Operations Manager to standardize service delivery and execute P&Ps.
• Travel to clinics and field offices to drive business initiatives and partnerships.
• Support weekend clinics and field operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
