Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support administrative processes, inventory control, and clinic-related activities across field offices and rigs. You will assist with facilities, stock, and vendor coordination while upholding company competencies with partners and pet parents.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort with pets of all sizes and temperaments; handling and lifting animals as needed.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; education/experience considered.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of field office operational processes including administrative facilities, inventory, and day-to-day operations.
• Assist with office and warehouse organization and maintenance.
• Oversees and receipts inventory, verifies quantity and accuracy based on orders; maintains inventory control records.
• Live our competencies and reinforce brand promise with partners, pet parents, and team members.
• Maintain documentation and supplies for effective office/clinic operations.
• Ensure rigs are prepared with vaccines, lot numbers, and rig readiness; load rigs using Rig Checklist
• Communicate with Field Operations Manager to ensure consistent clinic/center operations policies.
• Participate in training initiatives for field office locations.
• Support weeknight and weekend clinics as well as rig work.
• Work schedule per business needs; ensure van cleanliness and maintenance.
