VIP Petcare is seeking an Assistant Field Operations Manager to oversee the field office and clinics in the New York area. The role leads operational excellence and ensures procedures align with company standards, reporting to the VIP Petcare team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in operations, HR basics, and field coordination. Travel to clinics and partners will be required.
The Assistant Field Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations and oversight of the field office and clinics. The role leads effective operations through Leadership Competencies. This position reports to the VIP Petcare team.
Experience: Experience and comfort with pets of all sizes and temperaments, including handling and lifting animals as necessary is preferred. Experience with basic Human Resources principles, basic Accounting/Math principles and operations management implementing best practices is required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post secondary degree in business administration, management, or operations is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
