Capital Pump & Equipment seeks an organized Operations Coordinator/Lead Installer in Albuquerque, NM to manage rental operations and perform field installation duties. This hybrid role combines logistics with hands-on equipment setup at customer sites.

You will coordinate dispatch, maintenance, training, and safety, while delivering excellent service and supporting field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient in Point of Rental software preferred.
• CDL or ability to obtain CDL is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.
• Track inventory availability and utilization.
• Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.
• Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.
