Capital Pump & Equipment is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator/Lead Installer to manage daily rental operations and field installation tasks in Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

You will coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals, oversee maintenance and inspections, and train customers on safe equipment use while ensuring

Qualifications

• Prior experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-starting and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.
• Ability to operate and transport equipment (CDL or ability to obtain a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and repairs with service teams.
• Track inventory availability and utilization.
• Deliver, set up, and install rental equipment at customer sites.
• Provide basic training and demonstrations for customers on safe and effective equipment use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during installation and transport.
