Capital Pump & Equipment is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator/Lead Installer to manage daily rental operations and field installation tasks in Albuquerque, NM. You will coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and logistics for equipment rentals, oversee maintenance and inspections, and train customers on safe equipment use while ensuring

Qualifications

• Prior experience in equipment rental, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-starting and ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Point of Rental is a plus.
• Ability to operate and transport equipment (CDL or ability to obtain a plus).
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting.
• Able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

The Role
