Consigli Construction is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to support the Superintendent on construction projects in Massachusetts. The role focuses on managing field activities, adhering to contract documents, and assisting with safety program administration and site supervision.

Responsibilities include tracking changes, preparing schedules and labor cost reports, solving site issues, and maintaining contract knowledge to ensure quality and compliance across subcontractors and self-perform

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management with 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• High School Degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

The Field Operations Specialist will assist the Superintendent with managing all construction activities on the project site while ensuring compliance with contract documents including the internal policies and procedures related to the project. This role will help administer and monitor the project safety program; perform daily job site walks and manage select self-perform labor and subcontractor operations to ensure work is completed in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Track contractual changes and report changes.
• Assist in and oversee the preparation of project schedules, quantity tracking, and labor cost reports.
• Resolve problems as they occur on project sites.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the contract specifications, documents and the scope of work, including subcontracts and purchase orders.
