Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field project execution by ensuring jobs are ready, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly.

This high-responsibility role requires strong problem-solving, quick decision-making, and the ability to operate under pressure. Overnight schedules and after-hours responsiveness are part of the job to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in construction, field ops, logistics or related.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues.

Responsibilities

• Field Readiness & Coordination: Confirm jobsite readiness before crew arrival.
• Materials, Equipment & Logistics: Arrange delivery and verify equipment is ready.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to field issues in real time, including after hours.
• Execution Monitoring: Track delays and communicate issues to internal team.
