Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field project execution by ensuring jobs are prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly. This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role requiring problem-solving, responsiveness, and ability to operate under pressure.

We expect availability outside normal hours due to overnight schedules and after-hours calls. Travel to various job sites as needed is required, with a focus on keeping crews productive and

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required).

Responsibilities

• Field Readiness & Coordination: Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival, ensure access and conditions.
• Materials, Equipment & Logistics: Arrange delivery or transport, verify equipment readiness, coordinate last-mile logistics.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve field issues in real time, including after hours; escalate when needed.
• Execution Monitoring: Track crew arrival and progress; communicate delays to internal team; support project execution with clear communication.
