Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field projects by ensuring readiness, coordinating crews, and resolving issues quickly. The role is high-responsibility and fast-paced, with a focus on keeping projects on schedule and crews productive.

Applicants should be prepared for overnight shifts and after-hours availability, including nights and weekends when required, and travel to various job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required).

Responsibilities

• Field Readiness & Coordination: confirm jobsite readiness and ensure materials/equipment are staged.
• Materials, Equipment & Logistics: arrange delivery and verify equipment readiness.
• Issue Resolution: respond to field issues, troubleshoot, escalate when needed.
• Execution Monitoring: track crew arrival, monitor delays, maintain clear communication.
