Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in construction, field operations, logistics, or related environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required).

Responsibilities

• Field Readiness & Coordination: Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival and ensure materials are available.
• Materials, Equipment & Logistics: Arrange delivery or transport and verify equipment readiness.
• Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve field issues in real time, including after hours.
• Execution Monitoring: Track crew start times and communicate delays to the internal team.
• Support overall project execution by ensuring crews begin on schedule.
