Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field project execution by ensuring jobs are prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly. This role is high-responsibility and fast-paced, requiring strong problem-solving, responsiveness, and the ability to operate under pressure.

The ideal candidate will coordinate field readiness, materials, and logistics, respond to after-hours calls, and travel to various job sites as needed to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in construction, field operations, logistics, or related environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues (required).

Responsibilities

• Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival and secure access.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and staged.
• Coordinate site logistics to support efficient work execution.
• Arrange delivery or transport of materials and equipment.
• Verify equipment is functional and ready for use.
• Respond to and resolve field issues in real time, including after hours.
• Track delays and communicate issues to the internal team.
• Support project execution with clear communication.
