Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Operations Contractor to move experiments from concept to real-world pilots. You’ll own the thesis and execute on the ground, moving fast with available resources to learn what works in front of real customers.

This on-site role is SF-preferred and US-based; you’ll coordinate logistics, schedule tests, and accompany fieldwork at homes, markets, or partner sites, documenting findings to guide rapid decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on-field tests in operations, growth, or startups.
• Strong written and verbal communication of learnings.
• Able to juggle multiple projects under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Get pilots into market: own the logistics that turn a concept into a live test - sourcing partners, scheduling, locations, and the details no one else is tracking
• Do the fieldwork: show up in person where the test happens - a home, a market, a partner site - and do the hands-on work to make it real
• Keep the trains running: track tasks, dates, and open items across several tests at once so nothing slips, and flag blockers early
• Capture what we learn: write up customer conversations and pilot results clearly enough that the team can make a fast call on what to scale and what to kill
