Responsibilities

• Take Ownership and Responsibility of Restaurant and Team During Shifts.
• Train Team Members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut, LLC Standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Manage inventory and food orders.
• Enforce Pizza Hut standards and processes during shifts.
• Oversee store inventory, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Ensure team has tools and knowledge for success.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction on all shifts.
• Meet/exceed brand standards on shifts.
