Responsibilities

• Inspect & Maintain Quality Standards — Travel to locations throughout the city to conduct thorough post-cleaning inspections to ensure all units meet CozySuites' high standards and coach vendors.
• Ensure a Seamless Guest Experience — Partner with the offsite guest experience team to anticipate and resolve guest concerns, conduct VIP pre-check-ins, and perform routine property walkthroughs.
• Manage Inventory & Supplies — Ensure all units are stocked with linens and essentials, provide real-time replenishment as needed.
• Oversee & Perform Light Maintenance — Identify and report maintenance, security, and safety issues while handling minor repairs.
• Optimize Property Presentation — Align furniture and amenities to prescribed layouts for a polished space.
• Coordinate with Vendors & Property Teams — Visit properties to coordinate with cleaning teams and maintenance providers.
• Step In When Needed — Assist with cleaning when vendors are unavailable.
