AbbVie is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to proactively engage with allied healthcare professionals, providing product and disease education for patient management across approved therapies. The role emphasizes ongoing education on dosing, administration, and adverse event management while collaborating with field teams to ensure robust support.

The position is field-based, requiring travel up to 50% and serving regions including AR, AL, FL, and surrounding areas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current active HCP license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience. Recent hematology experience required; recent multiple myeloma preferred.
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Strong communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Educate allied health care clinicians on course-appropriate therapies and patient management.
• Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Provide 1:1 presentations and in-services across oncology accounts.
• Attend internal meetings and support exhibit activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical operations to improve education delivery.
• Document interactions and manage allocated educational resources.
• Deliver education on disease state awareness and protocol-based therapy administration.
