Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum five years of direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience with proven results.
• Experience selling to hospitals and large accounts with complex reimbursement knowledge.

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling oncology therapeutics and achieving quota.
• Develop account plans, identify key accounts and HCPs, and cultivate relationships.
• Deliver targeted education on CAR‑T therapy and outline referral processes.
• Navigate complex account environments and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Attend meetings, complete trainings, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive product awareness at the local level.
