Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist to drive CAR-T therapy adoption in the Columbia, SC territory. You will build relationships with community practices, hospitals and CTCs, and deliver education on product value and reimbursement pathways.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
5+ years of direct selling experience in pharmaceutical or biologic/biotech with success, or relevant clinical experience.
Experience in hospital and large account sales; understands complex reimbursement dynamics.
Must reside in the geography or be willing to relocate.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop relationship with CTCs and key stakeholders in the territory.
Drive CAR-T therapy utilization and educate on product value and referral processes.
Meet sales targets and develop account plans with leadership.
Provide clinical information and support to healthcare professionals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations.
