Job summary

Insight Global seeks an OM&M Superintendent to lead daily field operations focused on landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS). You will manage crews, coordinate resources, and support clients on site in Modesto, CA.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing GCCS, wells, pumps, piping, and associated equipment; ensure safety and compliance; mentor field personnel; coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of instrumentation and gas experience.
• Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting environmental control systems.
• Experience with GCCS/wellfields, pumps, piping, and mechanical field equipment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating field crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and manage crews on landfill gas systems.
• Coordinate project resources and support client needs on site.
• Troubleshoot and repair landfill gas, flare, pump, leachate, condensate, and piping systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality across field activities.
