WM is seeking a Gas Operations Supervisor in Medley, FL to oversee landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS) and supervise Gas Technician I and II staff and contractors. The role ensures regulatory compliance and optimal performance of GCCS.

The position requires hands-on maintenance, data collection, and on-call availability, with responsibility for budget planning and project execution within the AGOM framework.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of landfill gas field or related experience (in addition to education requirements).
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Valid and in-state Driver's License required.

Aufgaben

• Operate and maintain GCCS to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize performance.
• Calibrate and maintain data collection devices to optimize LFG collection from the wellfield.
• Collect and validate data from wellfield locations and tune collection strategy for high efficiency.
• Supervise Gas Technician I/II and contractors; mentor technicians.
• Provide project management support and participate in GCCS design/construction budgets.
