Insight Global seeks an OM&M Superintendent to lead daily field operations focused on landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS). You will manage crews, coordinate resources, and support clients on site in Modesto, CA.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing GCCS, wells, pumps, piping, and associated equipment; ensure safety and compliance; mentor field personnel; coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of instrumentation and gas experience.
• Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting environmental control systems.
• Experience with GCCS/wellfields, pumps, piping, and mechanical field equipment.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating field crews.

Responsabilités

The OM&M Superintendent leads daily field operations for environmental control systems, with a strong focus on landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS). This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing crews, coordinating project resources, supporting clients, and troubleshooting and repairing landfill gas, flare, pump, leachate, condensate, and piping systems.
