Qualifications

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and annual surveys in long-term care facilities.
• Perform exit conferences and file detailed deficiency reports.
• Travel up to 80% within the region and across the state; on-call for emergencies.
• Testify at hearings or in court as needed; provide guidance and policy clarifications.
