Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Texas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site licensure inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and annual surveys.
• Prepare detailed written reports documenting deficiencies and regulatory decisions.
• Travel up to 80% within the state to multiple facilities.
• Communicate findings clearly to facility staff and leadership.
