Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers throughout the Los Angeles area. This direct-hire role emphasizes a smaller caseload, quality case management, and field-based coordination with physicians, employers, and insurers.

Requires an RN license in California and prior nurse case management experience, with CCM certification preferred. Local travel and a flexible schedule are included.

Qualifications

• RN license required in California.
• CCM certification preferred.
• Workers’ compensation or occupational health experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical treatment and rehabilitation services for injured workers.
• Attend medical appointments and monitor progress.
• Communicate with physicians, employers, adjusters, and insurers.
• Provide modified-duty and return-to-work recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain case documentation.
