Job summary

Qualifications

Active California RN license is required.
Minimum of 3 years in workers’ compensation, case management, or occupational medicine.
Must be located in California; field-based role requiring in-person visits.
Strong knowledge of the California Workers’ Compensation system.

Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate medical care for injured employees.
Facilitate safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.
Act as liaison between injured workers, providers, employers, and claims professionals.
Educate employees on treatment plans and the workers’ compensation process.
Ensure compliance with California workers’ compensation regulations and EHS standards.
Perform in-person field visits within assigned region (Los Angeles County).
Complete timely, accurate, and professional case management documentation.
