What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RN license (required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Tagalog a plus but not required.
• Must be physically located in California; this is a field-based position requiring in-person visits.
• Minimum of 3 years of workers’ compensation, case management, or occupational medicine experience (required).
• Strong knowledge of the California Workers’ Compensation system.
• Proficiency with Windows-based platforms and Microsoft Word (required).
• Ability to produce grammatically correct, thorough, and professional reports (required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and from home.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel regionally within assigned area.
• Case management certification such as CCM, COHN, CPDM a plus but not required.

Additional compensation includes:
