Paradigm Corp. in Orlando is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Orlando and surrounding communities.

This role is field/home-based with travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other locations, up to 2 hours one-way. You will manage medical case management for work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation, working with carriers, providers, attorneys, employers and employees.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• Experience in workers’ compensation case management preferred.
• Certifications CCM/CRRN/CDMS/CRC preferred; required within two years of hire.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; autonomous work style.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide field-based medical case management for work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers and employees; monitor progress and report results.
• Willingness to learn and take catastrophic cases; travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals and other locations.
