Paradigm is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to support injured workers across Raleigh and nearby communities, including Goldsboro. This hybrid role requires regular local travel (about 80%) and NC licensure.

You will assess and manage care with carriers, medical providers, employers, and employees while monitoring progress. The ideal candidate has an NC RN license, case management experience, and preferred certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) to advance complex cases.

Qualifikationen

• Must have current NC RN license.
• Rehabilitation Professional registration with NCIC required within 60 days.
• Experience in workers' comp case management preferred.
• Certifications (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, CRC) preferred and must be obtained within two years.
